Driving Program Refund Policy

Subaru Winter Experience courses are booked through DirtFish Rally School. DirtFish does not offer monetary refunds. All credited funds will be placed on your DirtFish account as “account credit” and can be applied toward future programs or merchandise. All programs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. DirtFish requires a 50% deposit of the retail course cost. The remaining balance will be automatically deducted via electronic funds transfer 60 days in advance of your scheduled rally program. After receiving enrollment forms and payment, the class booking will be processed. A confirmation email will be sent including information such as a class description, directions, arrival time, etc. All classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Failure to arrive on time may result in being considered a “no show” and will forfeit your participation. If forfeiture occurs, the participant will be unable to reschedule or receive a refund or credit. Cancellation and/or rescheduling your program must be given in writing via email, to info@dirtfish.com. All notices for cancellation and/or reschedule received 60 days or less prior to your scheduled rally program are subject to an administration/change fee per reservation:

• 60 to 46 days: $100

• 45 to 16 days: $200

• 15 days or less: $300

 

In the rare case of an under-booked class, Subaru Winter Experience reserves the right to reschedule participants to a new, mutually acceptable date and time. Subaru Winter Experience does periodically offer sales and/or discount promotions. To receive the offered promotional value, the purchase must occur during the promotional period. Cancellation and/or rescheduling the same course 60 days or less prior to your scheduled rally experience is prohibited. Gift Certificates Disclaimer: Each gift certificate code can be used only once. The gift certificate may not be redeemed for cash. Gift certificates are non-refundable. However, we will allow the certificate to be transferred to another recipient. Regarding your Gift Certificate: Be SURE to keep your gift certificate redemption code secure! Certificate numbers are a one-time use item, and we will not be responsible should your certificate number be used without your authorization Shipping: All items will be shipped via USPS within 1-2 business days. After completing your payment online, your order is complete.

Merchandise Refund Policy

 

Subaru Winter Experience will issue a full refund for retail items with a receipt, within 90 days on any items. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges without a receipt within 90 days and issue a full store credit. Outside of 90 days, it will be a case by case basis.

To send periodic emails The email address you provided for order processing may be used to send information and updates pertaining to your order, in addition to receiving occasional company news, updates, related product or service information, etc. Note: If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we always include detailed unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email. How do we protect your information? We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers. A Secure Socket Layer (SSL; https) certificate is active on our site to ensure all data is kept private during the transaction process. Do we use cookies? Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance We are in compliance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), which means that we do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. Online Privacy Policy Only This online privacy policy applies only to information collected through our website and not to information collected offline.

To ensure a safe experience for everyone, Subaru Winter Experience complies with RCW 46.61.502 and does not condone participation while under the influence. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
